Thursday 02 April - Sastak AGM
This year’s AGM will be held at the Prostar Stadium, Shrewsbury Town Football Club, on Thursday April 2nd at 7.30pm.
Following the meeting top farming speakers Guy Smith and Martin Redfern will give their views on and discuss “Farming During Recession”.

Guy Smith is an Essex farmer and journalist who farms 1000 acres of combinable crops and 200 acres of conservation initiatives. He is a great independent voice for UK agriculture and passionately believes that farmers must do more to promote their industry. He has won many agricultural awards including Farming Ambassador of the Year in 2004 and he was awarded the PPA Columnist of the year in 2003.

Martin Redfern is Barclays Bank National Agricultural Advisor and has always supported the Machinery Rings in the UK. He comes from a farming background and has earned high respect from throughout the industry.
Both speakers are highly entertaining and have a wealth of knowledge and ideas so the evening should prove highly informative and very amusing.
